> Storypole is a free, offline-first **renovation budget & schedule tracker**. A homeowner manages one or more projects (kitchen, bathroom, extension, fit-out, new build); each project has a budget (categories -> commitments -> payments, plus a contingency buffer), a critical-path schedule (Gantt + earned-value CPI/SPI), a decisions log, a risk register, a cross-project supplier directory, a cash-flow forecast (predictive S-curve / estimate-at-completion), and printable PDF/Excel reports. It runs entirely in the browser on your own device — no account, no server, works offline — with data stored locally plus an optional one-file backup or Google Drive sync.

- Price: free for one project, with no time limit and no account. Premium is a single one-time $29 payment (cross-device sync, multiple properties, Excel and PDF reports). During early access, everything is free.
- Privacy: there is no Storypole server. Your data lives on your device (browser IndexedDB) plus a backup file you control; optional sync uses your own Google Drive. Storypole cannot read your data.
- Offline: every feature works with no connection after the first load. The only network use is optional Google Drive sync, optional Excel import/export, and a roughly weekly Premium license check (silently skipped when offline).
- Platforms: any modern browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox); installable as a PWA with its own icon on iOS, Android, Windows and macOS.
